By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate. 2. User Accounts To list or book a space, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. 3. Listings and Bookings Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Guests are responsible for reading the full listing before booking. By transacting on our platform, you agree to our pricing, cancellation, and refund policies. Hosts agree to pay a service fee on each booking. 5. Harassment, illegal activity, or misuse of space will result in account termination. 7. Insurance While The Share Room encourages safety and may integrate optional insurance solutions, we are not liable for damages, accidents, or disputes between Hosts and Guests. Hosts are responsible for having proper business and liability coverage. 8. Platform Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our platform at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these terms. 9. Intellectual Property All content on The Share Room, including logos and designs, is owned by us or our licensors. Users may not copy or reproduce any content without written consent. 10. Limitation of Liability The Share Room is not a party to rental agreements between users. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes that arise through the use of our platform. 11.
